In order to prepare for the impact the sea change will bring, the Bundaberg Region Social Plan will identify what will be needed in the future to ensure the overall well being of the community and formulate strategies and sets of actions to meet ongoing and future social needs in the region. The plan will also place an emphasis on the requirements of the ageing population. The plan will be a document that is owned by the whole of the Bundaberg Community that will be a guide to improve the social well-being of the people of Bundaberg.

Public comments will be accepted until Friday 20th October and can be submitted to Bundaberg Community Development. Hard copies are also available at the Bundaberg City Council, Bundaberg Library and Bundaberg Community Development.
