Event Management can seem a daunting task and checklists can be a very valuable tool in simplifying the process. Bundaberg City Council has attempted to make your job easier by creating these checklists to assist you with the planning and execution of your next event. The checklists are simple to use and you are encouraged to seek further information in areas where you need more direction.

Each event is unique and you may not need all of the checklists that have been provided. Use the checklists that are applicable to your event.

This section also provides links to important resources to ensure that forms and information relevant for your event are readily available. An Events Manual has been produced and is available free of charge to assist you with your next event.
